A letter from an unknown author to J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California. 7 August 1914.
A typed letter to J.M. Frazier stating the Mr. Chidester, the inspector who was appointed by North Whittier Heights to inspect the trees, found black scale on some of Mr. Frazier's trees on Lot 48. Mr. Chidester sent this information to the office instead of Mr. Frazier, Mr. Chidester did not have Mr. Frazier's address. The author will inform of the plans set forth by the Improvement Association after their next meeting.
There is discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
