Description
A letter from an unknown author to J.S. Schrim in Los Angeles, California, 27 May 1913. Mr. Schrim could not make it to the formal opening of the North Whittier Heights subdivision because he got the invitation too late, but is interested in the property and the author would like to set an appointment to take him out to see it. With an acid burn, piece missing, foxing, and wear, the object is in good overall condition.
