A letter from an unknown author to J.T. Monaghan in Collingswood, New Jersey. 19 March 1915. A two page, typed document. The author confirms that Mr. Monaghan's inquiry for information regarding the North Whittier Heights orange, lemon, grapefruit, walnut, and avocado land subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.773) has been received, and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author states that the unplanted lands range from $450 to $800 per acre while the planted lands range from $700 to $1025 per acre depending on which part of the property Mr. Monaghan is interested in and the crop being cultivated. The author suggests that Mr. Monaghan can contact entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce to learn about the merits of the property, though it would be more ideal if Mr. Monaghan could come to Southern California to see the land for himself. The two pages of the document are held togehter by adhesive in the top left corner. The object is in good condition overall.
