Description

A letter from an unknown author to J.W. Hargrove in San Pedro, California. 1 April 1915. The author verifies that he and his constituents will pay Mr. Hargrove 5 percent on the sale of any unplanted lands as well as orange, lemon, walnut, or avocado groves in the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Mr. Hargrove must secure customers and show them the property at his own expense, but will receive a 2 and a half percent commission for customers brought or sent to the office. The author outlines the terms of sale for the land, suggests that a representative from Mr. Hargrove's firm can be sent to evalute the property, and tells Mr. Hargrove that he can provide more information if needed. With minor creasing on the bottom side of the document and minor discoloration on the right, bottom, and top sides, the object is in good condition overall.
