A letter from an unknown author to J.W. Nashmeyer in Pomona, California. 6 March 1916. The author is inquiring to find out whether Mr. Nashmeyer would still like to purchase a property in Valencia Heights. The author notes that the season for planting citrus orchards will be arriving soon and that several lots, including one which Mr. Nashmeyer previously showed interest in, have been sold. The author urges Mr. Nashmeyer to contact him or arrange a meeting if he wishes to start an orchard in Valencia Heights. With two minor tears, water stains, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
