A letter from an unknown author to Joe Cole in Whittier, California. 22 May 1914.
A typed letter draft informing Joe Cole that at a meeting of the purchasers of the North Whittier Heights property, which took place on 21 May 1914, he was elected as one of nine member of the Board of Directors and as President of said board. The other members are E.W. Lawrence, Vice President, H.M. Jordan, C.S. McMillan, Jason Locke, E. Pollard, Chas.Hamburg, G.C. Smith, Wendell McCaslin, and the author as Secretary and Treasurer. There will be a meeting of the Bord of Directors on 28 May 1914 at 4:00 p.m. where they will receive the report of committees and take up matters concerning the interest of the property. The back of this letter has the start of the first paragraph of this letter.
There is some warping, and discoloration on ll sides. This object is in good condition overall.Lexicon
