A letter from an unknown author to John Griffin in Lake Odessa, Michigan, 11 March 1913. An illustration folder of the orange, lemon and walnut land in North Whittier Heights will be mailed in a different letter. The Pollard Brothers will plant an additional 20,000 lemon and orange trees. Planted land is being sold at $865 an acre and unplanted land at $700 an acre. The land is so good that $130,000 has been sold including 200 acres to California. Loan terms are giving and a contract to care for orchards is mentioned. With holes, wear, a tear, creases, soiling, and staining, the object is in good overall condition.
