A letter from an unknown author to John Schabland in Pomona, California. 31 March 1915. The author states that he has tried to call Mr. Schabland numerous times during his visits to Pomona but has failed to reach him. The author has heard of Mr. Schabland's interest in purchasing an improved citrus property; thus, the author is writing to see if Mr. Schabland would like to invest in his La Habra Valley orchards. The author notes that he has a bearing orchard in Upland and another in Montebello. The author offers to provide Mr. Schabland with information regarding the prices of his orchards and to give him a tour of the properties. The author states that Mr. Schabland will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivision. With minor discoloration on the edges of the document and some wear on the bottom side, the object is in good condition overall.
