A letter from an unknown author to L.M. Blankenhorn in Pasadena, California. 22 January 1917. In response to an earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1275), the author confirms that lot 58, tract 2421 and lot 107, tract 1953 in the North Whittier Heights subdivision have been sold. However, the author suggests that there are other Valencia orange and lemon lots which Mr. Blankenhorn's party may find satisfactory. The author goes on to list orange lots that range from $850 to $1050 per acre and lemon lots that range from $950 to $1250 per acre. The author states that Mr. Blakenhorn can call to make an appointment for himself and his party to see the properties. With minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
