A letter from an unknown author to L.P. Marshall in Puente, California. 7 January 1915. A letter informing Mr. Marshall that the author has leased his land to Me Keel. The space between the trees on the Valencia lot will be planted to potatoes and the space between the lemon and Valencia trees will be planted to beans. Me Keel is to plow the lot next week and the author will take care of the land as before. With a fold in the top left corner, tears on the bottom and right side, discoloration on the top and right side, and an acid burn on the left and bottom sides, the object is in good condition overall.
