Description
A letter from an unknown author to L.T. Graves in Pasadena, California. 10 April 1918. Text near the signature line refers to the "Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart." The author states that he noticed Mr. Graves' description of a 15 acre orange grove in Covina which has been priced at $1,600 per acre, and that he knows of a prospective buyer for it. The author suggests that, if Mr. Groves offers the property through his office and agrees to the commission rate, then he could interest his client in the deal. With a crease, minor tears, pin holes, ink stains, and moderate acid burns/discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
