Description
A letter from an unknown author to Lawrence Mayo in Pasadena, California. 14 March 1916. The author recalls that Mr. Mayo wanted to exchange his 5 acre property in Orchardale for a bungalow or clear lots in Los Angeles suburbs. The author has found a client who is looking for a property such as Mr. Mayo's; thus, the author would like to know whether Mr. Mayo is still willing to sell or exchange his property and the price that he would place on it. With early signs of foxing and a minor fold, the object is in good condition overall.
