Description
A letter from an unknown author to Leon Spinks in Los Angeles, California. 3 September 1920. In response to Mr. Spinks' earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1571), the author states that he and his associate(s) do not want to work on the basis of a three way commission split. The author explains that they generally expect a 5% commission, and that they struggle more to find suitable properties than prospective buyers. With minor moisture damage, moderate acid burns, moderate discoloration, two minor tears, small missing pieces, stains, and brittleness caused by the acidity of its paper material, the object is in fair to poor condition overall.
