Description

A letter from an unknown author to Louie Forshbloom in Los Angeles, California. 8 February 1915. The author outlines two different payment plans for lot 43 of tract 2421, one of which would require Mr. Forshbloom to pay $500 per acre and then add the cost of plowing, leveling, and planting while the other would require him to simply pay a set price of $650 per acre. The author encourages Mr. Forshbloom to purchase the land by discussing how much Whittier groves are worth and stating that this kind of investment is ideal for a young man. There is adhesive holding the two pages of the document together and discoloration on the edges of the pages. The object is in good condition overall.
