A letter from an unknown author to M.B. Keith in Monrovia, California. 18 February 1915. The author reiterates information that he had stated in an older letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.739): firstly, that there is no 3rd street near his property, and secondly, that he intended to call Mr. Keith to talk about the available land. However, the author has found himself unable to reach Mr. Keith by phone. The author also states that a descriptive folder should have already been sent to Mr. Keith. The author explains that unplanted lands range from $450 to $800 in price and planted lands from $700 to $1025. The author proposes to meet with Mr. Keith by appointment if he is interested. There are small tears on the right side of the document, and there is minor discoloration on the right side. The object is in good condition overall.
