Description
A letter from an unknown author to M.B. Keith in Monrovia, California. 5 February 1915. The author explains that Mr. Keith's request for a descriptive folder and the prices of the North Whittier Heights subdivision has been received. However, the author states that he is unsure which land Mr. Keith referred to in his last letter; Mr. Keith asked about a land near Third street, but there is no such street near the author's property. The author states that a descriptive folder will be sent in the mail, and that he will call Mr. Keith in about three days to talk about the property. There are stains on the left side of the document, and discoloration is present on the right and bottom sides. The object is in good conditon overall.
