Description
A letter from an unknown author to M.E. Fee in Long Beach, California. 4 May 1914.
A typed letter in response to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.451) asking if an exchange for North Whittier Heights property would be considered. Since North Whittier Heights is owned by a syndicate and they find it much less to sell a subdivision than individual properties, they do not accept exchange for land. The author writes that if M.E. Fee is interested in investing in "citrus groves that pay," then he will be happy to take Mr. Fee out to the property. He will also be mailing a descriptive folder under a separate cover. This will include a map of the tracts as subdivided and a map of Southern California showing the exact location of the property.
There are wrinkles on the left side, discoloration on all sides, water damage on the right side, and a small tear on the left side. This object is in fair condition overall.
