A letter from an unknown author to M.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 29 August 1914.
A typed letter stating that Mr. M.K. McMillan will be out to North Whittier Heights next week to look at land. He is interested in the 6 year old, 5 acre grove, which can be bought for $2,500 an acre. There are also 2, 5 acre tracts offered by Jack Chaffee that he is wanting to sale for $2,200 per acre. The author is going on vacation when Mr. McMillan is in town and would like Mr. Crook to take him out to see the properties. Mr. McMillan does not want anything bigger than 5 acres and is interested in lemons only. The author would like Mr. Crook to make sure to close the deal.
There is discoloration on all sides, damage on the top left, and brown spots on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
