Description

A letter from an unknown author to M.J. Frazier in Hemet, California. 27 August 1914. A typed letter copy which states a contract for spraying trees is enclosed. The contract is for M.J. Frazier to look over, sign and return as soon as possible. The inspector and Pollard Brothers have arranged to start spraying around the 1st of September. The author would also like Mr. Frazier to decide if he wants the acres of Valencia Oranges for $800 an acre. There is $1063.68 in equity for this property. $465.44 will be due in 16 months, $465.44 due a year after, and $465.44 due a year after that. The author has more orchards than he can afford, so he wants to sell this at a bargain price so he can get some cash to carry the others. There is discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
