A letter from an unknown author to Martin Fesler in Covina, California. 24 June 1914.
A typed letter in response to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.535) asking if they can work together regarding the sale of avocados. This letter states that they, the owners of North Whittier Heights, has made no plans on planting avocado trees in the Spring of 1915, but plan to do so at a later date. The author then states that if Mr. Fesler would like land in North Whittier Heights, to plant his trees, then they can work out a deal with easy terms. The letter is closed by informing Mr. Fesler that a descriptive folder will be mailed under a separate cover.
There is discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
