A letter from an unknown author to Mary Dougherty in Flagstaff, Arizona. 5 June 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mrs. Dougherty's earlier letter regarding the North Whittier Heights subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1101) has been received and that she will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author lists the prices of its unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and its planted lands as ranging from $700 to $1,100 per acre depending on the location and or crop. The author briefly describes the terms of sale for the lands and suggests that Mrs. Dougherty can refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, send an acquaintance to inspect the lands, or visit the property herself to learn its merits.
