A letter from an unknown author to Messers. Foster and Smith in Covina, California. 24 March 1914.
A typed letter copy, where the author requests more information regarding a property exchange. Mr. Hart would like to have more data on the property before finding a suitable exchange. He would like to know the number of different types of trees, the condition of the mortgage, improvements made, interest to be paid and what kind of exchange Foster and Smith have in mind.
There is discoloration on the top and right side, a minor crease on toward the bottom, and abrasion damage along the bottom edge. This object is in good condition overall.
