A letter from an unknown author to Mollie Ingersall in Cheyenne, Wyoming. 5 December 1914. A letter from the author to his Aunt Mollie regarding 6.36 acres in North Whittier Heights. The author bought the grove in the Spring of 1913 with plans to sale at a later date. He is wanting to know if his Aunt would like to buy the property for $950 an acre. The author then does over the price to maintain the property as well as expected profits. The letter is closed with hopes that his Aunt and Clara will visit. The back of page 2 has a letter to H.M. Jordan that has been scribbled out. The pages have been glued together in the top left corner and there is discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
