A letter from an unknown author to Mr. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 19 September 1913.
A typed letter stating that Mr. Wheeler will bring a payment of $50 and a new contract with Willie Oakley. Mr. Oakley bought 3.59 acres but one he saw the trees planted he decided he wanted the land to the property stake. When writing up the contract they put that the initial payment was $150 where it was actually $100 so Mr. Wheeler is turning in the difference. The subdivision maps of Mr. Oakley's property had not yet been submitted so they were able to change the lines of the lot in the final map.
There are holes in the upper left corner from a straight pin, discoloring around on all sides, and warping as if the letter was going to be folded. This object is in good condition overall.
