A letter from an unknown author to Mr. Herman Brussou in Whittier, California. 22 September 1913.
A typed letter where the author heard that Mr. Brussou is sold his property in Orchard Dale and has other prospective customers for property out there. The author has a lot that has budded walnuts, Valencia oranges and winter casabas, all in good shape and costing $205. He is willing to sell this property for $900 an acre.
