Description
A letter from an unknown author to Mr. Mace in Los Angeles, California. 27 April 1916. The abbreviation "GTR/K" near the bottom of the document suggests that this letter may have been written by Grover T. Russell. The author lists information regarding a 49 acre property on Puente-Covina Boulevard. The author states that 30 acres of the land is planted to budded walnuts while the remaining 19 are vacant, and that the the property comes with sufficient water systems. The author also states that the owners value the land at $750 per acre against a $14,500 mortgage, and that a Los Angeles property can be exchanged to cover a portion of the price. The author would like to know if Mr. Mace's clients are interested in making an offer. With stains, minor foxing, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
