A letter from an unknown author to Mr. Shaffer in Pasadena, California. 11 June 1918. Text near the signature line refers to the "Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart." The author states that the level portion of Lot 17, Tract 2768, which Mr. Shaffer's client had shown interest in, has been sold. However, the author encourages Mr. Shaffer to take his client back out to the Valencia Heights and North Whittier Heights properties, as he believes the client may feel compelled to buy some other property now that her desired one has been taken off the market. With three minor tears, minor acid burns, stains, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
