A letter from an unknown author to Mrs. Arthur L. Bobier in Bozeman, Montana. 19 March 1915. A two page, typed document. The author confirms that Mrs. Bobier's inquiry about the North Whittier Heights orange, lemon, grape fruit, walnut, and avocado subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.777) has been received and that she will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author explains that the unplanted lands range from $450 to $800 per acre while the planted lands range from $700 to $1025 per acre depending on the part . The author notes that about $450,000 of the property has been sold since the property appeared on the market in the year of 1913. The author suggests that Mrs. Bobier should come see the property in-person if she is able to, but also states that she can refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce to learn the merits of the land. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the two pages of the document together, three minor tears on the left side of the first page, one minor tear on the bottom right corner of the second page, and discoloration on the edges of both pages, the object is in good condition overall.
