The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $350 to $800 per acre and the planted lands as ranging from $700 to $1100 per acre depending on the location and/or crop. The author mentions the completion of North Whittier Heights Boulevard and the plans to build a modern townsite facing Salt Lake Railway as selling points for the property. The author states that Mrs. Furr can refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce or arrange a visit to the property to learn about its merits. The author offers to provide more information at Mrs. Furr's request. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together and a minor acid burn, the object is in good condition overall.
