Description
A letter from an unknown author to Mrs. E. Sweeney. 5 June 1916. The author references Mrs. Sweeney's earlier phone call regarding the avocado land in the North Whittier Heights subdivision. The author states that he, at the behest of Mr. Hart, had tried to meet with Mrs. Sweeney at the Hotel Clark, but that she had already departed. The author inquires as to whether Mrs. Sweeney is still interested in the subdivision and offers to show her the lands at her request. With rust and ink stains, creases, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
