Description

A letter from an unknown author to O.M. Finch in Yorba Linda, California. 26 May 1914. A typed letter regarding payment for the sale of the Finch land. Mr. Wheeler states that Mr. Finch was in the office on Saturday to answer questions regrading the trees from Mr. Dishman and the money to him and his mother. Mr. Wheeler states that Mr. Finch agreed to have the money he owes Mr. Dishman taken out of the check for the sale of land. Mr. Finch also said the money should go to him and he would settle with his mom instead of it going to his mom and him settling with her. The author writes that because they are join on the property he can not send all the money to one person without the other parties permission. He will have to split the money paid and give half to Mr. Finch and the other half to his mom. There is water damage on the right side and discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
