The contract for lot 11 in tract 2472 has been returned by Olen Marvin Finch's mom. The property has been assigned to Jason J. Ortega. She also wrote that the difference on the purchase of this lot was paid by her and that she would settle with Mr. Finch. The author would like to hear from Mr. Finch before closing the deal. Mr. L.E. Dishman has also turned over a contract for 480 trees costing $360. He is also asking for interest to be paid semi-annually to Paul Ortega before closing the deal. Total due is $379.12. Mr. Finch also owes the Whittier Extension Company $109.39 in interest, $2.10 for taxes, $10.47 for water, and $100.00 for labor which totals $131.96. Mr. Ortega left a check for $660.50.
