A letter from an unknown author to P.W. Anderson in San Pedro, California. 8 January 1915. The author confirms that Mr. Anderson's inquiry about the North Whittier Heights citrus and walnut land subdivision has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder containing information about it. The author lists the prices of unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and planted lands from $775 to $1025. The planted lands have been used to grow lemon, orange, and walnut groves. The author concludes by saying that Mr. Anderson can tour the propety if he is available or call his office to hear more property. There is discoloration at the top of the document, one notable tear at the bottom, and some minor flaking on its right side. The object is in good condition overall.
