Description
A letter from an unknown author to Peter Feddersohn in Missoula, Montana. 15 November 1916. The author discusses the exclusive listing that he and Mr. Maple had on Fidele Amar's property, as well as the actions that Mr. Amar has taken in order to sell the property. The author posits that Mr. Amar has been trying to renege on the conditions of the exclusive listing so that he and Mr. Maple will not receive their commissions. The author explains in detail why he and Mr. Maple have come to this conclusion. The author asks for information regarding Mr. Feddersohn's purchase of land from Mr. Amar and the water arrangements for the property. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together, minor foxing, minor acid burns, and pencil/ink markings, the object is in good condition overall.
