Description
A letter from an unknown author to Peter Goddicksen in Orange, California. 14 January 1915. The author is, at the behest of owners from his tract, inquiring to Goddicksen about the possibility of leasing some of his land to plant beans or potatoes. The owners typically pay all the expenses of growing and gathering in exchange for 1/4th of the crop. The author also offers to find someone who can plow Mr. Goddicksen's land in the event that he does not want to lease it, and mentions that he has sent his son's lost ring along with this letter. There is discoloration on the right side of the document. The object is in good condition overall.
