Description
A letter from an unknown author to Peter Goddicksen in Orange, California. 18 August 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author discusses the co-operative purchase of Mr. Amar's property. Since Mr. Goddicksen purchased 11.2 acres of the land for his brother, the author outlines how the title and mortgage for the land will be transferred accordingly. The author states that the 11.2 acres will cost $2,805.50 in total, and he also explains how Mr. Goddicksen's brother can structure his payments. The author goes on to discuss how much it would cost to plant the 11.2 acres to Valencia oranges. The author states that he hopes to close the co-operative deal the following week and asks Mr. Goddicksen to provide his brother with any relevant information regarding his 11.2 acres. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together, moderate and minor acid burns, minor tears, wear, and creases, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
