Description
A letter from an unknown author to Peter Goddicksen in Orange, California. 28 December 1917. The abbreviation "GTR:G" near the signature line may refer to Grover T. Russell. The author recalls an earlier conversation in which Mr. Goddicksen expressed that he wants to sell his North Whittier Heights property. The author states that he will most likely be able to sell the property if Mr. Goddicksen gives him a 90-day exclusive listing on it. The author explains that he is enclosing an exclusive listing with this letter which Mr. Goddicksen and his wife can add their terms of sale to, sign, and return if they are ready to make a deal. The author also states that Mr. Goddicksen can visit him at his home or office in the case that he travels to North Whittier Heights or Los Angeles. With minor moisture damage, minor acid burns, minor tears, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
