Description
A letter from an unknown author to Peter Goddicksen in Orange, California. 30 August 1916. The author confirms that he has received Mr. Goddicksen's earlier letter regarding his brother's intention to visit the Amar property in 3 weeks before he finalizing his land purchase (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1181). The author states that he may not be able to hold the brother's portion of land for that amount of time. The author goes on to explain that, while he will try to make an arrangement with Mr. Amar in order to hold the land, Mr. Goddicksen's brother should postpone his plans for a visit until Mr. Amar makes a decision on the matter. With creases, ink stains, minor acid burns, minor moisture damage, and a minor tear, the object is in good condition overall.
