Description
A letter from an unknown author to Phillip D. Wilson. 15 July 1918. Text beneath the signature line refers to the "Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart." The author states that Mr. Wilson's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1465) has been received along with the letter from Pink Varble (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1462) which was enclosed with it. The author explains that, as per Mr. Wilson's request, he has sent Mr. Varble a letter discussing citrus orchards and lands in Southern California. The author states that, since the prices of the properties greatly exceed the amount of money which Mr. Varble's client seems willing to pay, it is unlikely that a sale will be made. Nevertheless, the author thanks Mr. Wilson for referring Mr. Varble's letter to his office. With moderate acid burns, minor stains, minor tears, and minor foxing, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
