Description
A letter from an unknown author to Ralph Smith in Berkeley, California. 1 September 1921. In response to Mr. Smith's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1589), the author states that, while orchard sales have largely stalled, he and Mr. Maple believe they will increase in the fall. The author asserts that he and Mr. Maple will put their best efforts into selling Mr. Smith's orchard once Mr. Maple returns from vacation. The author asks that Mr. Smith quote the new price of his property so that it can be used in advertisements. With pin holes, minor discoloration, a minor acid burn, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
