Description
A letter from an unknown author to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 24 May 1919. A typed letter on a letterhead for H.J. Ruess. The author states that he has enclosed an un-recorded map showing the locations of parcels in the Valencia Heights Tract. The author also lists the prices of parcels that are currently for sale: Lot 6 is priced at $1,100 per acre; Lot 38 at $1,100 per acre; Lot 3 at $1,250 per acre; Lot 4 at $1,100 per acre; and Lot 5 at $1,200 per acre. The author goes on to list the terms of sale for the properties. The letter appears to be missing one or multiple pages, as the text ends abruptly and is not followed by a sign-off or the author's name. With creases, minor acid burns, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
