Description
A letter from an unknown author in Los Angeles, California to Sarah A. Gardner in Pasadena, California. 12 February 1916. The author, Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart, is responding to a letter that Ms. Gardner addressed to Mr. Hart. Ms. Gardner would like to sell or exchange her 10 acre orange grove in the Charter Oak district. The author states that he has a client in mind who may exchange his unimproved properties in San Francisco and or Seattle for Ms. Gardner's orange grove. The author asks whether Ms. Gardner would be open to such a deal. With ink stains, a minor acid burn, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
