Description
A letter from an unknown author to T. Chegeriddu in Globe, Arizona. 26 September 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Chegeriddu's earlier letter has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights citrus subdivision. The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $300 to $800 per acre while the planted lands range from $775 to $1,250 per acre. The author provides details regarding the property's water system, water stocks, and terms of sale. The author suggests that Mr. Chegeriddu will be convinced to purchase some of the property if he travels to Los Angeles and inspects it personally. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together, minor tears, minor acid burns, and moderate moisture damage, the object is in good condition overall.
