A letter from an unknown author to T.F. Scruby in Wichita, Kansas. 14 December 1915. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Scruby's earlier letter regarding the citrus and walnut lands in the North Whittier Heights subdivision has been received. The author explains that the subdivision's unplanted lands range from $500 to $800 per acre while its planted lands range from $700 to $1,000 per acre. The author goes on to state the owners' terms of sale and suggests that Mr. Scruby's folks at Orchard Dale could come see the property in his stead. The author asserts that Mr. Scruby and his folks will most likely be satisfied by the subdivision. With pin holes, a smudge, and minor foxing/rust stains, the object is in good condition overall.
