A letter from an unknown author to T.G. Challoner in Alhambra, California. 20 August 1914.
A typed letter copy stating that at the last meeting of the North Whittier Improvement Association meeting, it was agreed that a committee on water run be established give recommendations for the cost and running of the water system. Mr. Hart would like to meet with the water committee. The author would like T.G. Challoner to talk to the other committee members, H.M. Jordan and Wendell McCaslin, to find a time and date that works for them.
There is damage to the left and bottom edge, discoloration on all sides, and brown spots on the right side. This object is in fair condition overall.
