A letter from an unknown author to T.G. Challoner in Alhambra, California. 7 August 1914.
A typed letter to T.G. Challoner stating the Mr. Chidester, the inspector who was appointed by North Whittier Heights to inspect the trees, found black and soft brown scale on some of Mr. Challoner's trees on Lots 90 and 91. Mr. Chidester sent this information to the office instead of Mr. Challoner because Mr. Chidester did not have Mr. Challoner's address. The author will inform of the plans set forth by the Improvement Association after their next meeting.
There is damage on the left edge, a hole on the right side, and discoloration on the left and right sides. This object is in good condition overall.
