Description
A letter from an unknown author to the B.O. Kendall Company in Pasadena, California. 1 May 1918. The author confirms that the company's earlier letter regarding a $15,000 lot in Los Angeles and a possible exchange deal (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1454) has been received. However, the author informs the company that his office does not exchange its North Whittier Heights properties for other properties. The author states that the company's client may be able to put the lot toward the purchase price of a North Whittier Heights ranch, but he doubts that a deal of this kind can be arranged. With a crease, minor discoloration, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
