A letter from an unknown author to the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 31 March 1914.
A typed letter copy, which included a check for $500 from William M. Burke to pay toward Lot 62. A receipt should be sent to Mr. Burke. Also, a check for $691.55, check for $100 and contract is enclosed. Both should be applied to the contract on J.M. Frazier and Lena J. Frazier, on Lot 48 of tract 1953. Commission is to be paid 1% to Grover T. Russell and 5% to W.H. Crooke.
There is discoloration on the right side and abrasion damage on the bottom edge. This object is in good condition overall.
