Description
A letter from an unknown author to W.B. Bray in Los Angeles, California. 15 April 1916. The abbreviation "GTR/K" near the bottom of the document may indicate that this letter was written by Grover T. Russell. In reference to an earlier phone call, the author notes that a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivision will be sent to Mr. Bray. The author reminds Mr. Bray that his company is also offering properties in the La Merced, El Campo, and the Valencia Heights subdivisions. The author states that he will be glad to show Mr. Bray and his friend the property at their request. With a moderate tear, minor acid burns, minor foxing, and stains, the object is in good condition overall.
