Description
A letter from an unknown author to W.E. Bailey in Puente, California. 12 June 1917. The abbreviation "GTR/W" near the signature line may refer to Grover T. Russell. In reference to an earlier request that Mr. Bailey made to Mr. Hart, the author states that he is enclosing a pencil sketch of land tracts with this letter which incudes the prices of acre and residence lots. The author explains that the tracts are 105x300 feet and lists prices ranging from $350 to $1,200 per lot depending on the location and/or type of property. With two minor tears, minor acid burns, a fold, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
